20 Health and Food Tips During Pregnancy

A well-balanced diet during pregnancy makes a huge difference in a healthy pregnancy and giving birth to a healthy baby.

Because gaining the right amount of weight during pregnancy helps your baby grow to a healthy size and weight. But gaining too much or too little weight may lead to serious health problems for you and your baby eventually.

1) Check out a book on pregnancy and educate yourself
2) Exercise daily or as per doctor’s advice. It reduces the chances of miscarriage
3) Imbibe some new healthy habits along with your partner
4) Stop smoking!
5) Avoid chemicals that could possibly harm your baby
6) See your dentist before you get pregnant
7) Stop consuming alcohol, it can cause birth defects
